General Membership Meeting

Sunday, March 22nd @ 4:00 PM

Dear HOST Artists and Supporters, (New interested Artists and Supporters are welcome)

Please join us for our upcoming Highland Open Studio Tour General Membership Meeting.

This gathering is an opportunity to connect with fellow artists, hear updates about this year’s tour, and help shape the plans for the season ahead.

General HOST Membership Meeting
📅 Sunday, March 22 at 4:00 PM
📍 In Person

At this meeting we will:
• Begin planning for this year’s Highland Open Studio Tour
• Share opportunities to volunteer and help organize the event
• Discuss open board positions and how members can join the board

We strongly encourage everyone to attend this first meeting if possible, as this is where we’ll begin the main planning conversation.

For those who truly cannot make the March meeting, we will hold a follow-up meeting on Sunday, April 12 at 4:00 PM to continue the planning process and review progress.

If you are interested in helping organize the tour or would like to learn more about serving on the board but cannot attend the meeting, please feel free to reply to this email and let us know. We’d love to hear from you and find ways for you to get involved.

HOST is a volunteer-driven organization, and the tour only happens because of the energy and generosity of this creative community. We hope you’ll join us and help make this year’s tour another wonderful celebration of art in Highland.

Warmly,
Amy Dooley
