Youye (pronounced Yo’-yeah) "YouYe Chu is a member of the new generation of Chinese contemporary artists. With one foot in Shanghai and another in New York her extensive travels, diverse influences, and love of nature combine to deliver a unique style of painting that reflects her life’s journey. Over the past two decades, Ms. Chu has earned a reputation as an accomplished contemporary artist with paintings in the collections of the Shanghai Museum and Yuehu Museum (in Songjiaing). She has also had the opportunity to participate in art exchanges and exhibitions across the globe in China, Taiwan, France, the United States and Australia.
